Job Description
For the expansion of our Outbound department we are actively seeking a
Project Leader
Your responsibility lies in supervising team leaders and up to 50 call center agents. You will accompany and optimise the call techniques, keep track of the briefings, make statistical analysis and take care of direct customer contact.
You should have many years experience in a call center and a completed apprenticeship in a relevant business field or completed studies in business economics / marketing.
We expect a very good IT skills, especially fluency in the use of MS-Office and Excel.
