What is involved?
Dialogue Marketing involves planning and organising projects in service centres, call centres and contact centres. You draft and present and sell services. This includes completing all necessary business objectives or planning and managing personnel. Workers in dialogue marketing work in call centres, which are responsible for the various clients, as well as in the service and customer call centres of industrial, sales and service companies of a wide spectrum of business segments. Additionally there are specialised units for customer and üublic dialogue such as in governmental instutions.
In general, the apprenticeship lasts 3 years. This can be shorter depending on education, previous qualifications and performance.
